The Seven Sisters

The Seven Sisters are arguably one of the best one-day walks in the UK. The Seven Sisters are a stunning series of chalk cliffs along the English Channel, nestled in the beautiful South Downs National Park in East Sussex. Stretching from the mouth of the River Cuckmere near Seaford to the iconic Beachy Head near Eastbourne, these cliffs offer breath-taking views. The ease of access to the Seven Sisters makes it a popular choice amongst visitors to the UK.

Seven Sisters Route

The most common way to walk the Seven Sisters is to do it as a linear route from Seaford to Eastbourne. This direction is more dramatic, but the route can also be done the other way around. Be prepared for some deceptively steep climbs and ascents which are short and sharp.

Linear Route (13.1 Miles)

The linear route starts in Seaford and finishes in Eastbourne, both towns are conveniently located by using the train which is the best way to complete this challange.
